Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely happy, with your order and would like to return or exchange any part you may do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. Complete the returns/exchange form that was delivered in an envelope with your goods stating the reason for return. Place the completed form with all unworn, unwashed items back into the original packaging with labels and swing tags still attached. Please seal the returns bag or box. Use the freepost sticker provided (Postage in the UK only), place over the original address label. Take packaging and return to a post office.

Petit Tribe cannot be responsible for any lost parcels. We strongly recommend you obtain a free ‘proof of postage’.

Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless all swing tags and labels are still attached.

Once we have received the returned products and checked that the conditional criteria has been met, you will be sent an email acknowledging that the returned products have been received and accepted. Your refund can only be issued to the original purchaser and to the original card used. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. All returns will be refunded at standard delivery rate.

Please allow 10 working days from the date of receiving your acknowledgment email for the money to be credited to your account.
